Expected Duties and Responsibilities:
• Evaluates JV investments, cost estimates, bill of quantities, technical standards, technical drawings project schedule, safety and methods of construction undertaken by the JV contractors
• Monitor and evaluate compliance of the JV partner and contractor to existing rules and regulations, ordinances, laws, national standards, and other laws of the land;
• Conducts inspection and monitoring of assets per Asset monitoring guideline and prepares related report;
• Ensure proper execution of the water safety plan and the disaster risk reduction management plan;
• Assists in field validation
• Performs other functions as the need arises and as directed by the Technical Regulator

• Assists in the water pressure monitoring, water supply monitoring, and NRW monitoring;
• Assists in the validation of flow measurement along distribution and main pipelines;
• Monitors in the preventive maintenance of JV partner and reports the immediate repair of all types of leaks needed by the JVA to the Division Manager -TU
• Performs functions related to monitoring and inspection of works by the JV partner;
• Performs other functions as the need arises and as directed by the Technical Regulator.

• Prepares, review, and file vouchers for submission;
• Maintains and ensure that all ledgers are intact and up to date;
• Maintains and ensure that all reports to BIR and COA are up to date;
• Manage booking log and contract of clients updated and proper;
• Maintains the property, plant and equipment ledger card (PPELC) and ensure that amounts are reconciled with the property Card;
• Track all communications excluding customer complaints (water supply) and provide updates to the status of the communication for records management;
• Performs other functions deemed necessary.

Metro San Fernando Water District (LU) is looking for students of Commerce, Accountancy, Business Administration, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Psychology, Human Resource or any Technical Course in need of OJT/Practicum experience.

On-the-Job Trainees will be given the opportunity to practice classroom learning in hands-on experiences in a corporate setting; trainees will also be giving preferential consideration when applying for any position for future vacancies.
