1. All complaints and questions not satisfactorily answered by our field personnel maybe forwarded to concerned Section Heads or to the Interim General Manager of MSFWD.
  2. Customers are encouraged to report to MSFWD all your meter problems. All reports shall be treated confidential and tipsters shall receive monetary reward apprehension made.
  3. Pay your bills promptly to avoid disconnection.
  4. Use water wisely. Let us conserve water.
