Disconnection of Service Line

Service line can be DISCONNECTED on the following grounds:

1.   A non-payment of water bills for two (2) consecutive months.

2.   Upon request of the registered concessionaire.

3.   If found to have illegal activity/violation of the provisions of the water service contract.
